Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within the UK. International shipping charges vary according to the destination. UK orders usually take 3-4 days to arrive and international orders generally take 7-10 days, but can take up to 4 weeks in some circumstances.

Order Processing: All orders ship out of the UK. Please allow 1-2 business days for your items to ship out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with tracking as soon as your package goes out.

International Orders: All international orders are subject to customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.

Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, at your own shipping expense. All items must be in original condition, packaging, and arrive back to us undamaged. Please note, if you received free shipping, we will be deducting the original shipping costs from your refund.
